A forum was held at Rudisill Library hosted by the Tulsa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority to discuss the impact the new law will have especially on minorities on Oct. 19, 2019.

Forum addresses fears ahead of permitless carry law going into effect

TULSA, OK (KTUL) — There’s a fear among many across Green Country as permit less carry is set to go into effect in less than two weeks.

Saturday, a forum was held at Rudisill Library hosted by the Tulsa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority to discuss the impact the new law will have especially on minorities.

A panel of experts were there to answer any questions and further explain the law.

Permitless carry will allow anyone over 21 to carry a gun without training or a license.

The sorority understands no matter your opinion, it’s going into effect.
