Oklahoma Wesleyan University President Dr. Everett Piper joined Bill O’Reilly on the O’Reilly Factor on Monday night to explain why he was moved to write and editorial after one student allegely claimed he felt “victimized’ by a university chapel service message about love.
“Our culture has actually taught kids to be this self-absorbed and narcissistic,” Piper wrote. “Anyone who dares challenge them and, thus, makes them ‘feel bad’ about themselves, is a ‘hater,’ a ‘bigot,’ an ‘oppressor,’ and a ‘victimizer’ … This is not a day care. This is a university!”
Piper explained to O’Reilly that our culture is more interested in graduating students who are more self-absorbed than selfless.
