TULSA, OK – The Oklahoma Second Amendment Association (OK2A) endorsed David McLain’s candidacy for the Oklahoma State Senate in the Special Election for Senate District 34.
Each candidate was sent a survey to be completed with specific questions on their policy for the Second Amendment in Oklahoma.
In their endorsement, Vice President Don Spencer wrote that David is, “an OK2A constitutionally minded Patriot who will return and protect your rights to self-preservation.”
The Oklahoma Second Amendment Association is Oklahoma’s premiere Second Amendment advocacy group. The grassroots organization has lead the way in corrected Oklahoma law to protect its citizens.
McLain responded, “I could not have a higher respect for the work that the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association has done in the state of Oklahoma. I am honored to have their support and look forward to working with them to promote 2A issues in Oklahoma. I am a firm believer in the Constitution and will do everything possible to ensure that the right of every Oklahoman to bear arms will not be infringed.”
The special election for Senate District 34 will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. You can find more information about the candidates on FortySix News 2015 Elections page.
